    -Perform 3rd Level Support to 2nd Level Support Actors, the Business Analyst and Key Users
    -Manage and Resolve Incident Coming from Business during Usage of the SAP MII-ME.
    -Monitor Analyze and Deliver Complete Tests Results and validate the Application Enhancement.

    Projects:

    -Map the requirements of the customer to the functional and technical feasability and the capabilities of the application
    -Collaborate with BA,internal and external development Teams to meet expected customer service levels
    -Participate the with Integration and Implementation the MII application with SAP ECC , SAP PCo and other shop floor systems
    -PLC integration with SAP ME and SAP MII using SAP PCO and Kepware (OPC).
    -Provide either Remote or in-site Support for SAP MII roll-OUT Phase for World-Wide Faurecia sites
    -Design and perform the different testing scenarios and validate development in testing envirements.
    -Participate in All the Test Phases of the MII LES During pre Go-Live the Simulation Phase
    -Design and control functional Specifications
    -Devlelop training Materials to be delievered to project members
