   Report to the local manager any major non-occupational illness which may be contagious or pose a public health problem for the other employees working on the operation while maintaining wherever possible doctor/patient confidentiality.
   Produce monthly health reports and use statistics proactively in order to detect trends and propose preventive solutions.

   Management of the major medical emergency
   Promote awareness and effective preventive medicine practices.
   Ensure that the company clinic operates according to company standards.
   Conduct training: First Aid Level 1, Circadian rhythm Level, Substance Abuse, Malaria level 1 and 2, for all western employees in accordance with training matrix and ensure 100% compliance.
   Conduct Advanced First Aid training for some of the crew members.
   Conduct back safety training (Schlumberger injury prevention program)
   Requisition and issue medication to western personnel.
   Maintain emergency medical equipment in a state of permanent readiness.
   Develop and establish med-evacuation plan and establish a clear channel of incident reporting from the field to base camp in order to facilitate medical treatment or evacuation of injured or ill employee.
   Produce monthly health reports and use statistics proactively in order to detect trends and propose preventive solutions.
   Maintain a good working relationship with client personnel, contractors, other health professionals and facilities.
   Operate in a professional and ethical manner.
   Provide all employees with effective health care and refer specific cases when appropriate to a company approved physician or medical facility
   Report to the local manager immediately after treatment of any major injuries or occupational illnesses while respecting doctor/ patient confidentiality

   Weekly camp inspection.
   Maintain the emergency response plan and emergency contact up to date.
