    In charge of Beauty Brands sourcing from the Paris office.

    Buying activities :
    _ To Prospect and Meet with potential Brands.
    _ To Provide or assist in the Positioning, Promotion strategy, and Pricing strategy of the products for the chinese market.
    _ To Verify and gather all legal qualifications documents
    _ To Negociate price and contract terms

    Operational activities :
    _ To Monitor and register all products to pass customs
    _ To Monitor the logistic chain
    _ To Correctly retranscript all promotional arguments and material for the chinese market
    _ To Monitor sales, report and discuss strategy orientation with brands

    My role :
    - Assisted the general director in achieving business and managerial goals

    Management :
    - Managed the team and made sure organisation and maintenance of the hotel is up to regulations and requirements.

    - HR administration of the personnel with the help of the software Pleaides.

    Business Analysis :
    - In charge of revenue management operations by analyzing the demand and piloting the pricing to maximize profitability
    - Reported business activity analysis.
    - Checked and corrected errors in the cash flow balance sheet.

    Commercial :
    - Designed events, promoted offers, and drove the sales to maximize customer retention
    - In charge of CRM and customer complaints service
    - Developed the business by prospecting large accounts, proposing yearly fixed rate offers, and closing deals

    Operational :
    - Checked the quality and the conformity of rooms, of the delivered goods ( laundry, food, drinks, and others)
