    * Created associated innovative vehicle concepts from customer insights identified via in-depth customer studies in collaboration with regional, design, engineering and program departments ;
    * Collaborated with region directors and Renault-Nissan-Avtovaz Alliance partners to propose optimized product portfolios ;

  • Renault - Volume Planning Manager

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2010 - 2014 * Proposed for the board of directors a 6 year volume plan fully supported by the regional management ;
    * Analyzed, with the support of country experts, market trends, competitors' growth potential and volume opportunities in the region ;

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2005 - 2010 * Co-managed the activity of simulation centers in France, India, Korea and Romania ;
    * Set performance targets for vehicle projects under development, declined technical specifications down to the organ level to monitor in-house teams and external suppliers ;
    * Reduced overall project development costs by optimizing validation requirements for airbags while maintaining the overall general safety of the products ;
