In charge of the project development and the creation of the company:
• Procedures GUE and ANIP
• Obtaining licenses and permits from various ministries
• Negotiation and funding from Angolan banks
In charge of the overall management of the company including:
• Elaboration and implementation of strategies in the commercial,
organizational, financial and communication areas
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, business plans, forecasts and projections
• Develop organizational structure in Angola so as to take the strategy
• Process customer requests through sales, accounting, management and services.
