  Facilitate the perparation and execution of critical / high risk production / safety issues offshore.

  Monitor and report job quality, effectiveness and efficiency. Support and coach Technicians.
  Review day to day a and mid/long term activities.
  Identify and prepare root caus analyzes.

  - Study and upgrade of Amenam well manifold valves.
  - Study and upgrade of FSO Unity inert gas butterfly valves.
  - Preparation and follow up of FSO Unity IGG internal repair and upgrade.

  COURBEVOIE 2004 - 2008 Area supervisor of mechanical maintenance contracts:
  - Supervision of the general mechanical maintenance contracts operated by L.M.S. (Grouping Endel, Camom, Cegelec) for the part of revolving machines on above mentioned zones. (Steam turbine 24 / 4b, pump water, sodium carbonate, liquid sulphur,...).
  - Follow-up of the costs of the contract on SAP. - Annual check of the atmospheric coolers.
  - Study and replacement of compensatory dilation on 24/4b steam turbine.
  - Study for replacement of a vertical pump 850m3/h and 40m for fueling in water the plant.
  - Follow-up of TA3 (12MW) shutdown.
  - Current study for placement of new boiler fuel pumps.
  
  Area rotating machine supervisor:
  - Daily management and supervision of machine maintenance on the dispatch zone, the power plant utilities and the fire network. (Steam turbine 24 / 4b, water pump, sodium carbonate, liquid sulfur ...).
  - Checking of the following systems; 24/4b steam turbine, diverse pumps, air compressor and annual atmospheric cooler checks.
  - General visits of vertical double enveloped pump for liquid sulphur and implantation of a transport pump of liquid sulphur to Arkema.
  
  Area mechanical supervisor:
  - Management and supervision of daily mechanical maintenance on the dispatch zone, piping networks including fire network.
  - Preparation and supervision:
  - 2 weeks annual shutdown of the 1000T/day
  - sulphur melter.
  - Implantation of a cesspool next to the sulphur melter
  - Repair of the degassing jackets for the liquid sulphur.
  Works supervision:
  - Disposal of T7704-5 gasoline storage tanks (4500m3) and of the T7706 diesel tank (2000m3).
  - Disposal for physical disconnection of LNG storage spheres (butane: 2 x 750m3, propane: 2 x 1500m3 and 1 x 3200m3).
  - Preparation of the qualification of the on-rack crude gas network (2 lines 12 " and 14 ", length 275 meters, replacement of 40 necks by lines).
