I advocate for the Development of HR Function through different channels. I have been also working as Civil Status and Notary Officer for 3 years in Rwamagana District-Eastern Province where I got a wide experience in dealing with different issues relating to legal acts, conflicts Resolution, coordination of Sector development programs and so on.
