  • ING Bank - Project Manager

    2010 - maintenant Part of the ING International Talent Program for future leaders, within the Operations and IT Banking division.

    First assignment at the Graduate Recruitment department to research and develop a plan to implement the first Social Media Strategy of the department.

    Second assignment at the Portfolio Office of the Transformation Programme, as a Portfolio Analyst.

    Currently on my third assignment at the IT Governance and Financials department of ING Direct Spain (Madrid), as a Governance Analyst in charge of developing and implementing the first IT Knowledge Management platform.
  • ESQUAD - Export Manager

    2008 - 2010 Develop the distributors and dealers network worldwide, within the motorcycle and fashion industries.

    Design and implementation of new export policies and strategies.

    Overseeing samples and production ordering processes, shipments, customs and payments from Distributors.

    Managing clients and sales on more than 15 countries, mostly European, and responsible for half of the total company turnover (above 600.000 €).

    Manage the brand presence on the two biggest international trade shows in the industry at the EICMA show in Milan, Italy and the INTERMOT Expo in Kôln, Germany, dealing with specialized and general press journalists, suppliers, partners, potential customers and show attendants.
  • Random Design - Account Manager Internship

    2008 - 2008 Act as liaison to international Distributors and chain stores accounts.

    Organize presentations and meetings with the Distributors.

    Track sales per Distributor / country / product etc, and provide product line managers and designers with feedback on how to improve the line of products.

    Maximize impact of Tradeshows, by working in liaison with the Motorsport Marketing Manager @ PUMA, the Press and the Distributors.
