Uses all forms of media and communication to build, maintain and manage the reputation of PAUL's client. The key messages to defined target audiences in order to establish and maintain goodwill and understanding between PAUL and its public.
- Develop strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to improve public perception of company
- Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media and prepare information for media kits.
- Collating and analyzing media coverage.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and media representatives and use these relationships to develop new business opportunities.
- Prepare Media plan and the report
- Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project
- Overseeing content production (adverts, videos, and social media)
- Communicating with media and people outside the organization, representing PAUL to public and other external sources whether in person, writing, or by telephone or e-mail.
- Manage special events to gain public attention through the media without advertising directly.
- Creating the proposal of special program / event
- Supervising the publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, social media and contents.
