As a recent Master Degree of Organizational Communication and Public Relations graduate (EFAP Paris), specializing in corporate program, I have over 5 years of practical experiences in public relations through a first job at CHANEL Paris as External Relations Assistant, and several internship and volunteer positions (CHANEL, CHLOE, etc.).
These experiences have been completed by several retail and merchandising jobs including a Supervisor position for American Apparel Shoreditch (London). I have a long running love for the fashion world; and this can be seen through the career I have built up since college.
Recently, I have built my own fashion website –Array – which is a new concept between a blog and a fashion magazine who helps people to do online shopping.
Some of my work activities include:
• Liaising with media, individuals and other organizations to answer inquiries via telephone and emails.
• Writing press releases for targeted media.
• Managing sponsorship and charity actions opportunities.
• Organizing events such as exhibitions, press conferences, fashion shows and open days.
I received an excellent grounding in general public relations practice. I gained experience in dealing with the media as I was the points of contact for media outlets interested in media releases. I successfully fielded enquiries and built-up some fruitful business relationships with many media contacts.
