    Key engagements:
    Leader in Romanian fixed voice communications market, offering reliable and innovative services.
    National CDMA Program Manager, supervising 17 direct reports and controlling EUR 20M operating budget for 825 new mobile network sites (CDMA), designed to offer alternative for copper lines with high operating costs in remote areas as well as alternative wireless voice and broadband services. Managed operations, project planning functions and new site rollout. Recruited and guided team in building network over existing Romtelecom & Cosmote infrastructure.
    Raised annual revenues to EUR 9M (managing and recruiting team for CDMA) within 1 year of launch
    Recruit and led team in directing start-up of CDMA as well as spearheading deployment of new sites between 2009 and 2011, acquiring 100,000+ new customers.
