Purpose of Roll
To co-ordinate all aspects of Colour Management.
To ensure compliance to agreed standards for colour and colour fastness.
To ensure the consistency of colour is maintained by the approval of goods for internal and external suppliers.
To ensure all trims are an accurate colour match to the colour of the product.
(1) Ordering color standards and sending information to customers and suppliers.
(2) Assessing submissions for Colour Standard approval.
(3) Approve all trim, fabric, threads and components on all garments for colour.
(4) Co-coordinating the preparation and distribution of standards to both internal and external offices and suppliers.
(5) Communicating with overseas offices, customers and suppliers daily as it relates to color.
(6) Give support and direction to suppliers with regards to colour issues to ensure all deadlines are maintained.
(7) Prompt and Proper Communication of colour direction to fabric sourcing team.
(8) Control and Distribution of seasonal color palettes.
(9) Organize fabric and trim colour library and
Control the identification, naming and numbering of all colors.
