My responsibilities are managing sales and distribution channel in France. Working closely with partners in the region to achieve territory sales target, maintain customer satisfaction and increase security awareness. Other duties are:
• Responsible for the partner ecosystem in the assigned territory, including:
• Business Planning: Work with the partners to set targets, Identify industry focus; initiate campaign to grow new business
• Partner engagement: Facilitate engagement across all levels from field to executives. (Partner/IBM)
• Skills Development: Monitor allocation of resources to Sales & Pre-sales
• Opportunity Management: Build Pipeline, Forecast for IBM partners
• Identify and engage the appropriate partners with the right skills and competency to meet customer requirements.
• Drive the sale of all IBM Security Solution products and services leveraging partners, including personal follow up / engagement on selected sales opportunities to assist partners in deal closing.
• Develop Executive level relationships within the partner strategic accounts
• Achieves / exceeds the quarterly and annual sales goals
• Organize and lead customer appointments, qualify opportunities, manage proposals and formal customer presentations.
