  • Performing site walk-downs prior to pressure tests and preparing the punch-list.
  • Witnessing all pressure tests for different types of systems as Carbon steel pipe, Stainless steel pipe, HDPE pipes, Pressure Vessels & Tanks.
  • Preparation all welding documentations related to piping work: welding map, welding log, welding book.
  • Control of workshop/erection piping production through the welding log.
  • Monitoring the workshops fabrication activities (Welding parameters, Fit-up, Welding Visual Inspections).
  • Monitoring all activities of Pre-heat treatment and PWHT for welds in workshops & site.
  • Monitoring the NDT Programs for welded joints and doing a follow-up of results including the rejection rate of welders.
