  Approach:
  - Analyzing customer feedback and determine the root causes
  - Developing a methodology for optimizing the production cycle time
  - Focusing on the in-house failures detection to ensure customer satisfaction
  - Supporting suppliers to improve their manufacturing processes
  - Establishing a funding strategy for the project and manage the testing budget
  - Implementing the methodology for the rest of the products and thus maximize the cost reduction

  - Defining the future plant's layout and Operating System
  
  Approach:
  - Defining the process Value Stream Map and therefore optimize it in line with the constraints, standards and needs of production teams.
  - Leading problem solving groups and suggesting ways to optimize the organizations and improve the productivity.
  - Setting the most efficient operating system with the Delphi Manufacturing System standards.
  - Synchronizing and driving 4 production units by defining and implementing a Just In Time supply system management tool.
  
  Results:
  - + 17% of productivity for the overall layout by focusing on reducing waste.

• Procter & Gamble - Packing engineer Intern

  - Improving reliability and standardize the high speed bundling technology
  
  Approach:
  - Implementing the Six Sigma Problem Solving methodology
  - Defining the piece of equipment optimal setting
  - Conducting the validation and standardization process on 4 production lines
  - Making a "feedback to design" to the supplier
  - Leading the project team
  
  Results:
  - +3% of productivity for each production line in addition to a international standardization commitment

• CHENIVL - President

  2010 - 2012 Target:
  
  Lead a Humanitarian project focused on ensuring economic, social and cultural development of a Moroccan
  underprivileged village.
  
  Approach:
  
  The project aim will be reached by building an associative complex with the useful facilities (Class
  room,library,workshops,sales point...)
  Our mission :
  - To carry out a challenging plan to build an associative complex.
  - To ensure the economic, social and cultural development of a Moroccan underprivileged village.
  - To gather the human and financial resources needed.
  - To improve the daily life of the villagers.
  
  Results:
  
  16.000 euros raised and more than100 persons using today the new facilities.
