Implement and manage the provision of professional and robust Program Control Systems within Eagle Hills that includes project services/controls and procedures to enable successful and on-time project outcomes
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Develop and establish project control policies, guidelines and systems in line with EH Corporate standards and reporting requirements
Implement effective controls project services to support Eagle Hills’ activities and projects
Support the development of the Work Breakdown Structure, activities, logic, resources and progress of the integrated project schedule
Define and agree upon effective Progress Control procedures
Assess and review impact on Schedule and cost post project change and VO
Keep Risk Registers up-to-date with key inputs
Implement the project change management process
Assure compliance with all applicable codes, legal and Eagle Hills’ specific requirements
Ensure effective Quality Assurance standards in place
Ensure effective QHSE standards in place
Manage and Maintain PMO systems including but not limited to, PDMS, Primavera, EDMS, Project wise, PCM, Oracle Costing (PR’s)
Deliver effective support services for all EH projects including estimating, cost control, forecasting and Audit
Ensure project change management processes are adhered to
Provide assessments of the impact of change on costs & time
Accurate resource and cost forecasts produced
Project Baselines established and kept up to date
Provide input into project risk assessments
Monitoring progress of construction work for timely execution of the project portfolio
Monthly reports to be prepared and issue
Monthly Project Reports to cover all aspects of the project including HSE, Planning, Cost, Risk Mgmt.
Manage the overall Project budget & schedule, providing the Project
Monthly dashboard reports to be prepared and issued
Manager with analysis of cost and schedule trend information highlighting critical path and schedule risk with mitigation
Establish, review and control schedule and costs related to the activities performed by Consultants and/or PMC
