  * Collaborate with product offering, customer support and marketing on campaigns, specific requests and workshops for customers.
  * Manage the mechanical/system installation of the cabin and cargo into the carbon fuselage and resolve related conflicts to achieve an aircraft level optimum.
  * Approve as signature delegate cabin and cargo customisation requirement documents (SIRD, EIRD, SWRD, Flex doc, ELOs); installation related documents (TDD, SIDP) and customization studies for customer versions including creating RFWs, approving basic and customized TRS, Aircraft MODs and EPAC/TDU.
  * Perform trade-off studies including stress, loads, noise, rapid decompression, weight and cost saving and solving cabin integration related issues like structure and system interfaces.
  * Ensure qualification and certification of the work packages including discussions with EASA.

• Airbus Allemagne - Hamburg - Head of CDBT Hatrack/PSU A350

  2005 - 2007 Accountable as Customer team leader to deliver high quality, mature and certified aircraft components (hatracks and Passenger supply unit) and associated products to the customer (internal/external) in Time/Cost/Quality/Performance by managing the CDBT in accordance with the applicable requirements.
  * Leading the CDBT team by energising and inspiring 2 work packages with a total of 15 employees.
  * Makes decisions / arbitrates on technical and management matters and manages the contract and deliverables with the respective suppliers Diehl AirCabin B/E Aerospace.
  * Responsible for the budget in order to ensure deliverables as 3D models integrated into aircraft 3D model, system installation documents, physical component delivery to FAL
