  • Natixis - Team lead Workflow Solutions / Project Manager

    Paris 2012 - maintenant Natixis is the international corporate, investment, insurance and financial services arm of Groupe BPCE, the second-largest banking group in France.

    Key responsibilities :

    • Lead team of 5 members to manage design, user experience, content and SEO strategies of Natixis’ HR and Communications department websites and over 30+ intranet sites across multiple departments, mainly built on Java technologies.
    • Manage efficient allocation of resources to ensure the flow of day to day operations.
    • Provide regular feedback and weekly reports to ensure transparency of the project on all levels.
    • Work with cross-functional team members to track project activities, key deliverables and timelines and to ensure compatibility, testing and debugging processes.
    • Achieve compliance with company policy and standards regarding project approval, project delivery, project change control and project governance.
    • Manage scope and implement change control processes.

    Significant achievements :

    • Managed and coordinated Natixis new digital and responsive intranet (5M+ users) and Natixis corporate website (1M+ users) for the Communication Department, using Agile practices.
    • Managed and coordinated the Natixis Mauve 2015 project, first HR offer available worldwide website, ensuring clear communication aligned with HR objectives, overcoming short term focus (3 months) and IT infrastructure availability issues.
    • Implemented Natixis Social TV platform (250 + screens, France and international)
    • Involved in the implementation of PeopleSoft HR Management, Self-Service and Payroll in order to centralize administrative HR functions (France and international). In charge of international integration of employee data with third party payroll (such as ADP), secure data transfers and workflow solutions.
    Worked collaboratively with international teams from HR, operations, testers and developers.
  • Casden Banque populaire - Project Manager / Programmer Analyst

    Noisiel 2006 - 2011 CASDEN Banque Populaire is a cooperative bank for staff of the Ministry of National Education, Research, and Culture and is also a part of the Banque Populaire network.

    Key responsibilities :

    • Analysis, preparation of Functional Specifications and System Requirement, development, testing, implementation and support maintenance of banking application software systems and websites.

    Significant achievements :

    • Involved in the user interface design, development, and implementation of a daily activity reporting software to simplify cost tracking and provide detailed reporting to managers and operations team.
    • In charge of business analysis, development (J2E), testing, implementation and integration with COBOL system of a loan insurance website.
