Anis is a qualified Tunisian Lawyer. He has more than 16 years’ experience practicing commercial and corporate law with national and international firms and organizations in Tunisia. He has assisted foreign investors in Tunisia with respect to the Tunisian laws and regulations, from the initial stage (market entry study) to the implementation of the projects (ad hoc advices). Anis has advised several investors in setting up their legal presence in Tunisia (corporate establishment documents, drafting/reviewing corporate article of association/charter, shareholders agreement, and other corporate constitutional documentation etc.). Anis’ practice covers Real Estate, Banking, Corporate and Commercial, Investment and Project Finance, Litigation, Employment and Settlement of Disputes. He holds a Lawyer Certificate (Tunisian Bar Association) and Bachelor of Law from Tunis University.
