I’m a dynamic, experienced Account Manager with a Masters Degree in International Marketing (King's College London).

I’m currently working as Account/Client Manager in an award-winning, creative B2B Marketing Agency, with accounts and projects ranging from regional to global, spanning integrated, multi-media and multi-channel activity, from short-term campaigns to long-term marketing strategy.

Building strong client relationships and growing new and existing clients comes naturally to me and I enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

    2014 - maintenant Managing the agency's global key account Kaspersky Lab, as well as a variaty of smaller accounts in the financial, banking, technottlogy, consultancy and IT industry (WorldPay, Twitter, Google, Canon, Arqiva, Fujitsu), my duties as Account Manager include:

    * Developing strategic campaigns across multiple channels, ranging from regional to global, from demand generation to inbound to direct response campaigns
    * Managing multiple projects at once, working to tight deadlines
    * Building strong and profitable client relationships based on trust and competence, being the go-to person for the client and ensuring professional service and advice at any time

    * Website build and ongoing updating through CMS interface (SilverPop, Umbraco, Slices)
    * Managing localisation projects, content marketing, direct mail
    * Production of marketing collateral, emails, event materials, organising/producing photo shoots
    * Liaising with clients on a daily basis, developing strong relationships
    * Attending meetings/briefings, briefing creative teams, ensuring project milestones are met
