  • Akka Technologies - Stagiaire / Intern

Paris 2019 - maintenant Développement de Système Electromécanique - Trains d'atterrissage pour Link & Fly
Working on developing an electromechanical actuator for the nose landing gear of Link & Fly aircraft.

    Key tools and competencies:
    - Requirements modelling
    - Design and analysis on SolidWorks
    - Prototyping
    - Motor and reducer selection and sizing
    - Test bench design
  • Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) - Summer Intern

2018 - 2018 Worked with the additive manufacturing department on post-processing of 3D components at the ISRO Satellite Integration and Testing Establishment.

Tools & Competencies: Materialise 3-matic, Additive Manufacturing, 3D Printing, Fused Deposition Modelling, Lattice Structures
  • Isae (institut Supérieur De L'aéronautique Et De L'espace) - Research Student

Toulouse 2017 - 2019 Worked on the development of a More Electric Hydraulic and Mechanical systems architecture of a regional aircraft. I am focusing on developing an energy-breakdown analysis of the conventional architecture and the more electric architecture and its comparison over a fixed flight mission and flight profile. A trade-off study between the two architectures was done and the results were presented in a More Electric Aircraft conference in Toulouse, France.

Tools & Competencies: Pacelab SysArc 6.2, More Electric Aircraft, Systems Modelling, Aircraft Systems Architecture
  • Te Connectivity - Graduate Intern

Schaffhausen 2017 - 2017 Worked at the Aerospace, Defense & Marine team at TE Connectivity in India. Bachelor's thesis project undertaken involved conducting a study on 3D printing as well as research and development to develop 3D printed aerospace grade connector inserts. Various tests were also performed to check the viability of the developed 3D printer and its reliability. In addition, a modular fixture was also developed for the purpose of conducting torque tests on connectors of various sizes.

Tools & Competencies: Solidworks Part Design & Assembly, Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing), Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T), Ultimaker 2+ Fused Deposition Modelling printer, Team Work, Autonomy, Testing & Analysis.
  • Volvo - Summer Intern

Saint Priest 2016 - 2016 Worked with the Product Development team of Volvo Buses. Worked on CATIA. Learnt major design concepts. Witnessed many tests on various buses like the AC Pull Down test and the Air Flow Measurement test. Learnt about the various steps in the manufacturing and assembly of bus bodies. Also learnt about various manufacturing principles and process for faster production output.

Tools & Competencies: CATIA, Product Design, Manufacturing Assembly, Lean Manufacturing, 5S Principles, Quality Assurance
