Après 4 années passées au sein de la Société des Bains de Mer à Monaco, j'ai participé à l'ouverture du Monte-Carlo Beach Club, Saadiyat en qualité de Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. J'ai mis en place le système de facturation (Administratrice Micros POS) pour nos points de vente restauration, ainsi que le contrôle de gestion (Materials Control). J'ai également travaillé sur la mise en place de l'offre restauration, de la création des cartes et menus et des propositions commerciales pour les banquets.
Ce fut une mission très enrichissante à la fois sur le plan professionnel et personnel.
L'été dernier, j'occupais le poste de Directrice au restaurant Le Karma, à Bastia (Corse).
Depuis j'ai passé 2 années comme Assistante Manager de restaurants à Saint Barthélémy (Caraïbes). J'ai repris au mois de Juin 2014 un restaurant dans le Var en association avec mon frère.
After having worked 4 years at Monaco for the famous group - Société Des Bains de Mer (SBM), I have been given the opportunity for a move and the pre-opening mission of the Monte-Carlo Beach Club, Saadiyat, in Abu Dhabi - UAE. I took the role as a Food & Beverage Assistant Manager.
My main objectives and tasks were to set up all the Micros system in our different Point of sales at the Club. My job being done, I was monitoring, controlling and adjusting all the Micros Operation System for all the point of sales (POS) making sure everything is running smoothly. In parallel with my job, I was also in charge of the entire check control in the Club using the system, Material Control.
Nine Months passed, and I have proudly completed my mission. I can only say that this professional experience was one of the greatest in my life, very rich in knowledge gain in terms of organization structure, relationship with both new colleagues and management level. It was in the overall, both a good personal and work experience.
This summer, I was Restaurant Manager at Bastia, Restaurant le Karma. Our Signature was Sushis and Cocktails.
The last 2 years, I was manager at St Barthelemy (Caribbean Island).
From June 2014, I own an italian cuisine restaurant with my brother un the south of France (Var 83).
