    I was leading the Order To Cash team, based in in Burbank - California

    Directly managed a multi-cultural team of 20 persons: Disney business and IT people, functional SAP consultants.
    I was in charge of the overall project for this business area: from blue print to go-live and post go-live support and sustainment team implementation.

    Project scope: implementation of SAP ECC6: FICO, Plan to manufacture/Purchase to pay, Order to Cash for the Home Entertainment and game branch of the The Walt Disney Company US and Canada. Multi-million project.

    Successful go-live, on time, on budget.
    But this project was first of all considered as a success by the business, customers and in the home entertainment industry.
