    Lausanne 2005 - maintenant Led the maintenance and continuous improvements of the PMI HCM system functions, to support our HR Center Of Expertise (CoE) strategies - I concentrated on Talent Management area for the last 1.5 year of this assignment-.
    ► Part of the management team governing the full HCM system solution design, including maintenance, projects and deployment of HR shared Service Center in Latin America and Asia.
    ► Designed a prototype for our 2nd generation of Employee and Manager HR self-services
    ► Recommended alternatives to SAP for PMI next generation of Talent management and Learning management platform.

    Managed the team (up to 10 people + externals) who designed and implemented the system solution (SAP. Taleo) supporting the standardization of PMI HR processes, within the PMI Global HR transformation project.
    ► Ensured system solution fitted designed processes, and validated the proposed deviations from the global processes.
    ► Processes in scope: Recruitment, Performance and Talent Management, Training administration, Compensation and Benefits, Expatriate and executive compensation.
    ► Ensured system functional quality assurance and direct user support for go-live of the first European countries.
    ► Successfully transitioned my team from a project team to a virtual sustain team, split between Lausanne and Krakow(Poland).

  • Philip Morris International - Manager HR System Support CH

    Lausanne 2004 - 2005 Defined and developped the role of HR System Manager for PMI in Switzerland (around 3000 employees, 15 legal entities, 1 factory and 1 Sales Organization, 4 HR directors). Organized and managed the HR system support and payroll calculation services (including Expat Payroll), and in charge to coordinate and implement all Swiss specific requirements in the PMI Global HR system
