• Performance Capital Pte Ltd - Founder

  2011 - 2017 Performance Capital is an entrepreneurial investment firm. It focuses on early stage growth capital investments in Asia-Pacific (7 portfolio companies - including Finquest) and investments in EM Asia Small and Midcap stocks (implementation of an innovative stock-picking strategy based on value investing and corporate governance screening).

• Oddo & Cie - Co-Founder and M&A Director at Partanea (now Oddo BHF)

  Paris 2007 - 2011 Co-Founder & M&A Director at Partanea in charge of Mergers & Acquisitions assignments as well as in-depth participation to assignments in relation with Equity Capital Markets & Corporate Governance advisory mandates.
  
  M&A advisory firm backed by financial groups including CNP/Albert Frere, Tikehau Capital, Reig Capital, Attijariwafa and Euris/Casino. Partanea was later acquired by the Franco-German financial group Oddo BHF (www.oddo.eu).

• Deminor - Senior Corporate Finance Consultant

  2005 - 2007 Consulting firm active in the field of shareholder engagement, investor protection, recovery of investment losses and corporate governance (CG). “Deminor CG rating” was later acquired by MSCI Risk Metrics (www.deminor.org).
  
  Created a 50:50 joint venture between Deminor & Coutot-Roehrig (the European leader in probate genealogy), CRDVie (www.crd-vie.com), an heirs research company dedicated to identifying the beneficiaries of unclaimed life insurance.
