    * Managed several teams from 6 to 10 people most of them in Bangalore (India).
    * Designed the architecture of the Intranet of the company based on SharePoint to facilitate the communication between 15000+ employees in 30+ countries.
    * Adopting consistent project management methods and processes across the organization.
    * Created and built custom added value products based on business processes from various departments for improving drastically the productivity, all plugged in SharePoint
    * Created a worry-free backup and disaster recovery (BDR) system. Used existing software to design a new BDR system that virtualized server image and acted as failover production server, especially for databases.
    * Designed the architecture of a full Application Lifecycle Management system based of Microsoft products and others like Team Foundation Server, Release Management and Lab Management.
    * Conceived and implemented a full IT Tools Support service to proactively manage IT before it breaks.
    * Evangelized the Business users to help them to benefit from the best of SharePoint in there day to day work.
    * Fine tuning of SharePoint in order to support a growing number of parallel connections, service requests and database size (1.5+ million documents) without increasing the hardware and infrastructure cost.
