I am a senior associate with the Paris office of Orrick Rambaud Martel, a global law firm (www.orrick.com)and hold a position of Of Counsel in the European Litigation Group.
I mainly focuse on commercial, corporate, banking and merger and acquisition matters before the French courts, as well as arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. I have significant experience handling international matters involving multiple jurisdictions for both French and non-French clients.
I am also very active in the private equity environment acting on behalf on several French and American investment funds and funds of funds.
I am a qualified attorney with the Paris and the New York Bars.
