I'm a French & Spanish passionate furniture designer and design consultant, founder and creative director of Aleks Design Studio.
After 6 years of studies in France, and some workshops in Europe, I came to Guangzhou (China) to be at the source of the manufacturing of most of the furniture sold around the world.
After 6 years in China, I've been involved and in charge of interesting projects. I have an unique solid experience in furniture development and excellent skills of working relationships with Chinese factories.
Furniture Design:
I work for Chinese and French manufacturers. I design middle market / high-end modern furniture. Usually mass production, but I also "one of a kind" furniture for special occasions.
Design Consultancy:
My customers are medium/big international companies.
I usually finish their designs, adapt them to reality, bring advice on structure/aesthetic finish, launch manufacturing and follow prototyping. I sometimes also take care of the presentation of the products (direct photoshoot, introduction texte etc...)
My designs have been exhibited among other famous designer as Philippe Starck, Karim Rashid, Shigeru Ban & Marcel Wanders at:
