    ISSY LES MOULINEAUX 2008 - maintenant Lead with the European & Global Group Juice Team the development of marketing strategy for Minute Maid/Cappy in conjunction with markets needs: Brand Vision Architecture and brands’ portfolio strategy, innovation pipeline (Cappy Ice Fruit, Whole Press, Limon&Nada, Wellness range), implementation and adaptation of new Global VIS across EU. Responsible for Above-The-Line Strategy and communication development across Europe.
    Establish a holistic juice/ Minute Maid strategy in NWEN (120 MioL/64M$) articulating consumer, customer and System perspectives with P&L management. Portfolio optimization through OBPPC. Development and implementation of new brand purpose and communication platform. Define and develop Innovation Strategy and drive key innovation projects (Great Start!, Kids…). Define commercial agenda and facilitate program to develop commercial capabilities. Ensure alignment with key stakeholders F. Ops, Global team, CCE.
    Reporting to NWEN Category Marketing Director. Direct management of a brand manager.
  • Sara Lee - International Marketing Manager Coffee Innovations

    Villepinte 2005 - 2008 Responsible to initiate Ready-To-Drink Coffee strategy, generate concepts and implement products with international potential. Development of two RTD products (Café Smooth & Café Fresco by Douwe Egberts / Maison du Café) for a European launch in three countries in June 06 (2007 Beverage Innovation Award of best new adult drink). Management & coordination of R&D, research, procurement, co-packer and distribution partners in Horeca (Jet Import in Belgium and France Boissons in France). Development of marketing mix : brand strategy, packaging, advertising and promotional plan. Turnover of 8 M€. Marketing budget: 0.8 M€. Supervised by VP Coffee Innovations. Supervision of two senior brand managers.

    Issy-les-Moulineaux 2000 - 2005 Brand Champion for the global positioning and strategy within Nestlé Waters brands portfolio and Nestlé. Development & coordination of the Pan-European marketing mix in Belgium, France, Germany, Spain & Portugal. Development of global marketing tools : brand identity, brand essence, TVC, internet/intranet sites, packaging guidelines, Licensing Disney/Warner Bros, Tour de France Sponsoring from 2001 to 2004 (Nestlé Innovation Award, Best Caravan Award), development of a flavoured water range for kids. Roll-Out strategy in Denmark, Hungary, Poland and UK. Total turnover of 77 M€. Marketing budget of 4,6 M€. Supervised by Managing Director. Supervision of two product managers.
