Reporting directly to the Securities Services Head of Finance, central Performance Management is a team of 25 staff organized in 5 teams.
Main assignments:
Provide monthly figures for business lines and functions.
Supporting management decisions by providing financial figures
Support to the budget process, analysis of budget & forecasts on defined perimeter
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial reports to Senior Management
Perform analysis of financial and operational results on domestic and international for business lines and functions
Support functions and business lines by providing financial overviews
Follow up the indicator activity: data analysis, results presentation to the top management, headcount evolution

During those 3 years, I was in charge of the new media team.
Enhancement of the communications and collaborative tools, project management.
Missions:
- In charge of the BP2S worldwide internal and external websites
- Creation of crisis website in case of BCP
- Involved in the task force to create ipad application and provide ipads to regional staff for clients meeting.
- Project manager to rebuild the external website (Done in one year) statistics follow-up
- In charge of the organization of the quarterly result meeting for the CEO (logistical and technical support).
- To arrange and coordinate meetings, workshops and brainstorming to collect the needs of internal customers (corporate communication, correspondents network) and third parties with BNP Paribas Securities Services
- Monitoring on the new trends of the web
- To compile the Business Requirement document aimed at IT team (brief specification for internal/external website)
- Prepare project management documents
- Define and coordinate the resources allocated with the projects (external IT or service providers), to monitor projects.
- To prepare and carry out tests (UAT) after delivery of the applications in acceptance test
- To ensure the promotion of the existing tools (Echo'net, Updates Market, tool of conference…)
