Arnaud is Director in the Restructuring service line in TAJ, the French law firm of the Deloitte Legal network.
He has more than 16 years of experience with Deloitte fully dedicated to underperforming companies. He previously worked for 6 years for several French receivers and judicial liquidators.
Arnaud has notably extensive experience of takeover of underperforming companies (in and out of Court process, amicable and judicial procedures).
Specialization and principal expertise include:
o Legal advices to debtors (distressed companies)
o Legal advices to purchasers who contemplate to acquire a distressed company
o Legal advices to creditors holding a claim against a distressed company
o Legal advices to shareholders and directors of a distressed company
o Legal advices to insolvency practitioners
Together with Stéphanie Chatelon, Arnaud is leading Deloitte Legal Insolvency Group which puts together lawyers providing legal advices in insolvency law within 19 European countries [Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine and United Kingdom]. The lawyers belong to law firms, members of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited or to independent law firms related to the legal network.
