I have been working for 3 years at Gault&Millau (a French independent gastronomic and wine guide) as an Event, Communication and PR Manager.
Throughout this experience, I have successfully managed 20 events each year with Chefs and sommeliers in very prestigious places (hotels, restaurants) around France.

I have a strong experience of :
- Managing PR agencies, building relationships with key influencers and journalists
- Maintaining day to day close relationships with Chefs, sommeliers and winemakers
- Leading operations with all services providers (printers, creation suppliers, logistics, video directors, editors and photographers)
- Meeting with the expectations of all partners and sponsors (such as the brands Mauviel, Thienot, Baron de Rothschild, Nicolas Feuillatte, Kaviari, Evian Badoit, Mumm…)
