    My scope of work includes:
    • Early identification of future projects and untapped markets applying associated strategy planning.
    • Sourcing new and maintaining current business relationships including clients from the government sector, investors and contractors.
    • Tender Management and full cost estimation on projects.
    • Application of technical and method studies providing innovative solutions in order to achieve high standard results pertaining to cost and time management.
    • Careful selection of preferred partners and subcontractors.
    • Management and coordination of design and tender teams (engineers and
    draftsmen) in Brisbane.

    Achievements:
    • By building strong business relations and providing constructive expertise to key people and organizations, Freyssinet has been able to move into a confident strategic position on major upcoming projects.

    I m also involed in specific project around Australia as the strenghtening of the West gate Bridge in Melbourne

    I managed the strengthening works of the concrete section to provide five lanes of traffic in both directions over the bridge.
    Bridge Strengthening budget: AU$250 million.

    My scope of work included:
    Budget forecasting, cost reporting, production analysis and optimisation.
    Responsible for choices and designs of method pertaining to the viaduct.
    Tender selection and management of subcontractors and suppliers, including the methodology of the bridge jacking (the 900m long was shift longitudinally by 100mm).
    Reporting to the Company Manager.
  • Freyssinet Australia - Project Engineer / Manager

    2006 - 2009 Reporting to the Queensland Manager, I managed the Queensland Civil Engineering profit centre, including the following functions:
    Business development, tendering and estimating.
    Relationship management.
    Technical expertise in value engineering workshops.
    Project management.
    Contract administration.
    Delivering presentations and writing papers for clients, conferences, seminars and industry publications.

    The range of activities I managed included post-tensioning for civil structures, bridge construction, construction methods, tunnel jacking, heavy lifting and load shifting, stay cables, ground anchors, flat jacks, bridge jacking, bridge expansion joints, bridge bearings and stress bars.

    2004 - 2006 Viaduc de Palludate - Replacement of a train viaduct in Bordeaux
    Viaduc de Lamothe - Replacement of an existing 270m long, 35m high railway viaduct constructed in 1880, on the same alignment under live rail traffic. Project Value: €10m
