    I manage product aspects of all the major releases in terms of mobile apps, mobile websites & tablet apps (see all the apps & websites in the links below).

    Main responsibilities:
    - Gathering product expectations in order to design (or redesign) mobile & tablet experiences
    - Analyzing traffic data and customer reviews to identify existing services weaknesses & opportunities
    - Defining product specifications
    - Conducting invitation to tender when needed
    - Producing detailed storyboards & wireframes
    - Managing internal & external design agencies for visual identity
    - Supervising internal & external developer
    - Leading product testing & bug fixing
    - Providing support to stakeholders (marketing, PR, communication, community managers,training team) as product specialist

  • APM Terminals - Financial Director Assistant

    La Hague 2008 - 2008 Maersk Group owns APMT, which runs the 3rd largest container terminal in France, located in Graveline.

    Reported activity & KPIs, audited accounts, developed a VBA tool to calculate turnover & profitability.
