    Managing an extended team of 400 employees (onshore/offshore), supporting HP's $13B Infrastructure Outsourcing
    Services business.
    Key Accomplishments:
    - Led the vision and development of HPE Propel®, a cloud-based solution designed to help turn IT into a Service
    Broker, with enhanced user experience and lower costs. This solution is now also an HPE/Micro Focus product.
  • Hewlett-Packard - Transformation Director

    Les Ulis 2007 - 2011 Responsible for the transformation strategy and execution of HP's presales applications for the channel, supporting
    a $68B/year indirect sales business. Managing an international team of up to 150 employees (onshore/offshore).
    Key Accomplishments:
    - Deployed HP's Partner Portal, the first truly global online resource for channel partners in their daily commercial
    interaction with HP (225k users)
    - Simplified channel operations through globalization, consolidation to a single CRM, decommissioning of local
    solutions, and offshoring of IT staff. As a result, eliminated 75% of the footprint and 80% of the costs in 2 years
  • Hewlett-Packard - IT Director

    Les Ulis 2001 - 2007 Responsible for the strategy, application development and transformation of HP's Intranet, including the Employee
    Portal and the Intranet content management systems.
    Key Accomplishments:
    - Radically transformed HP's intranet by retiring 60% of the sites/applications, and deploying global processes
    and new content management systems, resulting in $14M direct savings over a 3 year period.
  • Hewlett-Packard - IT Manager

    Les Ulis 1999 - 2001 Led a team of 10 developers, driving digitalization of internal processes, increasing productivity and lowering costs.
  • Hewlett-Packard - Research
