Casablanca2018 - maintenantAs a member of Unified Communication and Collaboration entity, I participate in the realization of projects related to UC technologies (Cisco, Polycom, IP Trade…), starting with studying the existing solution of the client, and then, performing the design and engineering for the new proposed solution, before moving to the implementation. The last step of the project consists of an acceptance test of the solution for validation purposes. I also participate in the skills transfer for administrators and users of the client.
Otherwise, and being part of helpdesk team, I intervene at the customer for technical assistance or preventive maintenance needs.

Casablanca2018 - 2018The final year internship that I realized within the UC unit (Unified Communication) of Intelcom, had as objectives:
- Studying the Cisco IP Communication Unified and Collaboration solution, its components, its general architecture, and related deployment models;
- Implementing a Cisco IP General Unified Communication & Collaboration solution;
- Studying the quality of service of converged networks;
- Implementing a QoS policy to improve the quality of Telephony over IP for the deployed solution in previous steps.
