I am process engineer with 4 years’ experience in the oil & gas, refining & energy processes (upstream & downstream, refining, NGL/LNG, Environment…).
As brief, some of my professional activities are following:
• Review and comment on technical documents produced by Supplier, Licensor or client (Contactor).
• Equipment sizing (Column, Vessels, Pump, Turbo Expander, Turbine, Compressor “ Anti surge System”, Cold Box, Air Cooler and HX, control valve, pipe sizing…) & depressurizing, , BDV, PSV calculation. EPC,Engineering Contractor.
• Dominant on gas processing& treatment (upstream facilities, sweetening, dehydration and liquefying) on offshore & onshore facilities, NGL/LNG plants. (Simulating with PROII,PROSIM, Oli Stream Analyzer, Hysy, Excel Solver…)
• Familiar with operating on onshore facilities.
• Oil refining plant (Distillation ATM, FV, Naphta Recovery, FCC, Hydroprocessing, Chemical treatment &Packages …).
• Dominant on PID process & procedure (Drawing, review and control of process P&ID’s)
• Completion or providing piping and instruments Diagrams (P & ID)
• Dominant on Oil desalting and oil- water separation processes.
• Simulation of NGL process and enhanced NGL recovery, NGL/LPG Fractionation.
• Pipeline hydraulic calculations, Piping, and pipeline installation.
• Providing Hydraulic calculations, Reception, Process and export facilities.
• Review and comment on technical documents.
• Preparing process information for other disciplines (mechanic, instrument …)
• Participate in process meetings with client, customer and Contractor in order to supervise specific process studies. Prepare process operating & control philosophy document.
