En résumé

Je suis architecte diplômé (License + Master) avec presque deux années d’expérience. Je suis actuellement en train de compléter le “Master of Science Architectural Engineering Environmental Design” à l'Université de Bath au Royaume Uni où je prépare ma thèse sur le problème de confort thermique et lumineux dans les immeubles résidentiels a grandes hauteurs. Mon etude se base sur un immeuble d'habitation de grande hauteur qui est situé en plein centre de Londres. Ma these a été réalisée sous la supervision du "Head of Sustainability ", "Kartik Amrania" de "Grontmij - Maidenhead". Mes efforts acharnés m'ont permis d'avoir une place parmis les meilleurs de ma promotion avec plusieurs bourses d'études comme "the Elite students of the Engineering & Design Faculty at the University of Bath" et "the Elite International Student at the University of Bath".

Je suis très motivé, capable de travailler en équipe, individuellement et avec des délais serrés. Expérimenté dans la conception architecturale et environnementale dans le logement, les projets commerciaux et institutionnels, avec le but de créer des bâtiments esthétiquement réussis, énergétiquement efficaces et économiquement rentables. J’ai la conviction que mon cursus académique et mon expérience professionnelle m'aideront a être un atout potentiel pour votre équipe. Avec une experience linguistique en anglais, français et arabe et des competences numériques, je travaille constamment à accroître mes connaissances pour intégrer la notion de durabilité dès la conception architectural et urbaine afin d‘optimiser l’empreinte environnementale des projets. Bon utilisateur des logiciels de pointe. Capable de gérer, des géométries complexes, des simulations thermodynamiques et des etudes d'éclairage naturelle et artificielle.

  • BurroHappold + University of Bath - Environmental Designer

    2014 - 2015 Worked in a team of 3 persons in collaboration with Buro Happold to design a 3 storey college in Doha of 25,000 msq. Proposed a range of sketches and generation ideas for the architectural design. Elaborated energy and sustainable design strategies by targeting a high BREEAM certification educational building. Developed dynamic thermal comfort models and energy performance simulations using IES. Simulated daylighting level and estimated the energy generation from photovoltaic and solar thermal panels.

  • SARL EETIF - Architectural Project manager

    2014 - 2014 a residential project (800,000 GBP ) from strategic definition to construction stage (RIBA eq: 0 to 5 stage). Designed and executed construction CAD drawings of a 1,000 msq private house. Responsible for the team collaboration during the design and construction process under the supervision of the Director of the company. Managed the building construction team composed of 12 members, while being responsible for the project scheduling, quality survey and cost negotiation. Installed a renewable heat generation system.

  • Groupement d'Architectes - Architect Assistant

    2013 - 2013 Groupement d'Architectes, Contributed to the Urban planning and the architectural design of 2 housing projects of 35,000 msq (5,800,000 GBP ) from strategic definition to technical design (RIBA eq: 0 to 4 stage). Carried out writing reports and produced CAD drawings. Participated to the project presentation in front of the major and the investors. Produced a range of sketches and generation ideas for a bank office of 450 msq. Modelled a private naturally ventilated house of 350 msq using SketchUp and simulated its energy consumption and comfort performances using a IES Virtual Environment.

  • Architects - Intern

    2012 - 2012 Groupement d'Architectes, Participated and coordinated meetings as an intern with Architects, Engineers and Contractors. Idea suggestion for the material choice of a housing and hospital project. Envelope thermal assessment of a 3500 msq housing project. Carried out on-site quality survey and writing reports.
