  • Medicraft Medical - International Sales and Marketing Manager

    2015 - maintenant Medicraft Medical is a Turkish start-up company founded in 2011 specialized on the manufacturing of breathing support
    devices. Main responsibility areas have been international sales and international marketing.
    In line with the growth of the organization, I founded the Department of International Sales and Marketing upon joining the
    company. As a first step, I began to generate new prospects through online and offline international market research
    activities. The online platforms I made extensive use of included commercial and governmental websites, national and
    international embassies’ economic offices. Conducting feasibility analyses of the generated contacts, the number of the
    countries to which our products are exported has been nine in six months. African and Middle Eastern markets have been
    cannibalized through starting a selective distribution system. A CRM system was developed in-house, through which key
    accounts are managed. Also periodical field visits contributed to the effective establishment of contractual distribution
    system. Responsibilities included sales, operations, and financial follow-ups with respect to international sales division. One
    personnel assisted me through the operations process.
    Duties as part of international marketing division first included the crafting of international branding strategy in order to
    position the company as a global competitor. This function is followed by customer segmentation, benefit analysis, and
    targeting. Also I exhibited in many international fairs, and represented the company in various international scientific
    conferences.

    2015 - maintenant Founded in Belgium and highly supported by the Belgian academic education system, Brussels Capital University has been
    founded to be a global leader in online distant learning. The degrees offered vary from theoretical to highly applied
    subjects. Accredited by various international higher education institutions, Brussels Capital University has a number of
    multicultural students enrolled.
    As part of the academic staff, main audience of my lectures are undergraduate students registered at Istanbul Campus of

  • BNS International - Trainer & Training Consultant

    Saint-Pey de Castets 2015 - maintenant BNS International is a Turkish company specialized on managerial and technical outsourced education in varying subject
    areas. Working as a professional trainer/training consultant at BNS International, my position included intensive training of
    various groups of Peugeot Turkey employees from sales and technical departments, with positions ranging from managers
    to executives. The main objective of the project has been assurance of the internalization and wide spread application of
    TQM standards across multiple business units with respect to Peugeot’s Total Quality Management Project.
    Following the trainings, both short and middle term follow-ups of the results were also monitored. Short term outcomes
    were assessed through evaluation tests right after the training programs. Also in middle term, continuous feedback is
    obtained both face to-face and through management. Reminder sessions are organized when necessary.
    To ensure further personal development, life-long employee coaching has also been a part of the Peugeot project.
    Accordingly, the trainees are given one-on-one coaching and given further trainings to increase their managerial skills when
    applicable.

    2013 - 2014 Medist Group Medical is a Turkish company focusing on the production of orthopedic devices and appliances. As the Global
    Business Development Manager, I expanded the business systematically by analyzing the market potential for prospective
    products of Medist Group in Turkish market and 52 more countries. For each and every individual product, domestic and
    international strategies were crafted. Prepared annual marketing plans for each product; strategized everyone to
    actionable programs. Developed strategic launch and marketing plans for new products, and monitored their
    implementation.
    Developing of annual business plans, detailing the execution and monitoring principles. Identified probably benefits and
    risks in line with company priorities. I generated various new accounts through international market research activities and
    created various beneficial business opportunities. I updated the business cases reports together with product management
    team; actively executed and monitored the outcomes, and taking corrective action when necessary. Developed new sales
    and marketing channels through setting up and managing an international distribution network.
    As part of my duties in marketing management, I monitored the execution of annual marketing plans and advised
    corrective action when necessary. I also oversaw the glocolocalization of promotional materials such as digital, verbal, and
    POS materials. I steered the process of brand identity creation and crafted relevant strategies and identified actionable
    goals. Also I worked closely with third parties such as research, PR, and advertising agencies.

    intelligence from the field through face-to-face interaction with doctors and practitioners. I participated numerous
    operations, dominance exams and competitions. I was accountable for the sales promotion and sales activities of my
    assigned portfolio, knowledge transfer to physicians and doctors concerning my portfolio, and reporting theurepatic
    treatment protocols within the group to the headquarters.
