Graduated in 2010 as Engineer in Mechanical Engineering (Ecole des Mines d’Alès, FR). The same year, he obtained a Master's degree in Management of the Organization (mention: Management of the International Projects) of the Louis Pasteur University (Strasbourg, FR). He started to work as project manager in March 2010 at EU-VRi (the European Virtual Institute for Integrated Risk management) in Stuttgart, mainly on research projects funded by the 7th Framework Programme (European Commission) and in close collaboration with well-known industrial companies, laboratories and universities. In April, 2011, he created the consulting firm Caillard Consulting and proposes its expertise in management of projects in the field of risks management in relation with problematics going from new energies (biogas,energy storage…) to aging of infrastructures, but also related to new technologies such as nanotechnologies. Since 2010, he is also member of the secretariat of the European Technology Platform on Industrial Safety (ETPIS).
