A natural born independant, I keep strongly motivated to professionally carry on my competence and responsibilities as a consultant and coach. Time has come for me to reduce risks and constraints while always enhancing know-how and experience, obviously – it naturally makes sense – with younger teams of whom it is my reward to share enthusiasm and confidence.

My objective still is to increase efficiency, maximizing working hours, focusing on results as much as people and ethics, capitalizing autonomy as well as giving a better time to my family. Looking at personal beliefs and issues, I would consider as a chance and a privilege to serve NPO’s (arts, health, welfare, environment) – the best field to expend my networking, lobbying and fund raising skills.

Businesswise, I’d rather turn myself onto targeted missions – giving larger importance to permanent / interim / change management, founding on :
- project / corporate management,
- strategic marketing & communication,
- business boosting and development,
- health & environment,
this list being non exhaustive, and to be looked at accordingly to experience.

Innovation could be the key word of my profile, together with caring for people and combining strong analytical skills with proved creativity . Lateral thinking, neo-management (from industry to knowledge and sense), the « village world » concept and cultures fusion are strong personal concerns.

An ideal mission should not exceed 5 to 7 years, allowing the best personal contribution – learning, managing, passing on – aswell as community benefit, and avoiding the wearing effect of being in power.

I am immediately available and ready for exciting proposals. Expatriation can be envisaged.
