    * Communications for Dhillon Marty Foundation, NGO specialised in education and civic engagement:
    - Event marketing for an international conference on sustainability at UNESCO HQ, 250 participants - online and offline promotion; speakers' engagement; press relations; created conference app, social media content, website updates; acted as the foundation's liaison with UNESCO partner departments.
    - Launched and animated global e-network of young activists.
  • Combera Group - Project Manager B.I.

    2015 - 2017 THQ - Combera Group (provider of field marketing services and solutions to leading multinational brands, 13 countries, 33 field agencies, 300M EUR )
    * Role: At The Head Quarter (Combera's in-house digital transformation agency), I designed a transformation program aimed at turning Big Data into value-added and actionable insights to improve the efficiency of the strategic operations of the Group, including:
    - Audit of existing data management systems and proposal of Group-wide solution upgrade.
    - A pan-European skills development programme to accompany the change of the business model.
    - Conceived Group-wide best practices exchange on field marketing projects delivered for clients.

    2014 - 2015 Operations Manager, Anacott Capital (PE fund, 10Bn EUR in investment),
    * Role: I joined the PE fund in order to assist them in managing operations of Metrotops (a Software-as-a- Service and data technology start-up with offices in London and Groningen), set up effective information flows between the technical team, sales team and investors and contributed to the sales and marketing strategy (market, customer and competition research).
  • MAINOI - Co-founder & International Director

    2014 - 2019 MAINOI is an NGO specialised in sustainability consulting, with focus on environmental communications and education campaigns
    * Role: CSR consulting, design and execution of environmental awareness campaigns, CO2 footprint reduction and waste management operations at Romanian, Austrian and Croatian music festivals (40.000 unique visitors /day) and for conferences of up to 4000 attendees
    - Recruited, trained and led event communications, recycling and cleaning teams (12 managers + 250 team members).
    - Fundraising from wide array of sponsors; created sustainable experiential brand marketing activations.
    - Developed partnerships ecosystem at international level.
  • World Bank - Communications Manager & Knowledge Management Analyst

    Washington 2011 - 2014 * Role: acted as communications and knowledge partner to WB project teams on all major sectors (climate change, education, regional development, health, transport and public governance).
    - External communications: publicity campaigns, press relations, events, publications, videos, website, managed RFPs, tenders for communication products and management of service suppliers.
    - Internal communications: produced multimedia materials, supervised newsletters production, designed soft skills training programme and selected learning providers (e.g. Dale Carnegie Training) for annual office staff learning plan, organised weekly cross-sectoral learning events and webinars.
