En résumé

Oversees material control operations and warehouse personnel to ensure compliance with company and project policies and procedures across all disciplines, as well as functional areas related to materials management, including:
- Plan storage and disposal areas to accommodate the amount of material received.
- receiving, inspection, storage, stock control (manual and / or automated), physical security and delivery of equipment and materials.
- Identify the need and carry out the action for all unsatisfactory, exhausted, short and damaged materials and equipment received on the temporary operation and work sites of the project.
- Monitor all equipment in the custody of field purchases is kept in the appropriate storage category (A-B-C-D).
- Ensures that all shelves are installed and organized so that they are securely maintained.
- Initiate actions to identify and eliminate materials and equipment declared in excess of project requirements by the project management.
- Prepare or assist in the preparation of initial flow charts for material control activities at temporary operation sites. Submits the proposed changes to the approval of the Procurement Officer in the field of the project.
