KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AT SITE
* Construction/ mantenance planning and scheduling in the area/plant of working.
* Preparing / reviewing general construction execution procedures, scheduling of activities/tools/equipment.
* Preparing / reviewing turnaround / shutdown execution procedures, scheduling of activities/tools/equipment.
* Preparation and execution of tie-in packs for shutdown and around jobs.
* Planning and exicution of Hot Tapping activities.
* Preparation of Hot tapping method statement, procedures.
* Prepartion of tie-in method statements and procedures for shut down /, turnabound job.
* Attend the constructability regular meetings as ensuring constructability is applied and implemented at all phase & level of shutdown /turnaround and project.
* Ensure the HSE plan fully implemented, assist in conducting safety meetings and inspections, assist in preparing procedures & permits.
* Supervise and manage sub-contractors and direct manpower for piping and mechanical works.
* Oversee and implement materials follow-up at site.
* Prepare field material request and technical evaluations with in the field of competence.
* Preparation / review of test packs, punch lists. Co-ordination with engineering, QC and subcontractor for clearing punch lists of various phases
* Co-ordination with the client, subcontractor and quality department for inspection activities as per the ITP.
