En résumé

Ingénieur de formation Arts et Métiers, ma 1ère expérience s'est déroulée en Pologne au sein d'une PME en injection plastique. J'y tenais le poste de Responsable Qualité.

Je suis ensuite rentré en 2007 chez Inergy Automotive System, maintenant intégralement racheté par Plastic Omnium, avec un poste d'Ingénieur Qualité Corporate. Ma mission essentielle était l'audit des usines du groupe.

En 2008 je rejoins le Développement avec le poste d'Ingénieur Qualité. Je travaille alors sur différents projets dont un particulièrement international avec 5 usines.

En 2011 je continue au Développement mais avec un poste d'Ingénieur Produit. Je suis alors responsable de la conception d'un système innovant pour une énergie propre.

Au cours de ces deux dernières expériences, je travaille en gestion de projets avec du management transversal / fonctionnel.

  • Plastic Omnium - Product Application Engineer

    Levallois-Perret 2011 - maintenant Responsable Technique de la conception de système à carburant et Adblue
    Développement d’un système à carburant pour Ford (1,5m€ - 3 personnes – client anglais & turque)
    Plan de validation finalisé selon le planning et résultats approuvés par Ford
    Développement d’un système innovant pour une énergie propre (suppression des rejets de combustion
    en NOx) pour GM (2,5m€ - 5 personnes – client américain)
    Nouveau design testé & validé suite aux problématiques du design initial (fuite à -40°C)

  • INERGY AUTOMOTIVE SYSTEMS FRANCE - Project Quality Responsible

    lyon 2009 - 2011 Inergy Automotive System is a leader in the fuel tank system Industry which has 25 facilities in 19 different countries.
    In 2007, Inergy has delivered more than 12.7 million Fuel Systems with a turnover of EUR 1.2 billion.

    I am the Quality Responsible of several Global projects. These projects are producing in several plants.
    For example : one project is for Belgium, Slovakia, Korea, China and the United States.

    In this activity, I receive the support of a Metrology team, a Supplier Quality Engineering team and a Quality Engineer in each plant.

  • INERGY AUTOMOTIVE SYSTEMS FRANCE - Corporate Quality Engineer

    lyon 2007 - 2009 The biggest part of my job was to audit the 22 worldwide plants and the 3 technical centers of the company.
    I was leading the audit with the support of a co-auditor. This co-auditor was a Quality Manager coming from one of 22 worldwide factories.

    I was also in charge of the training of the co-auditors of the company to our Referential.
    I was leading the yearly review of the audit referential.
    A last part of my function was to improve the efficiency of the informatic tools of the department (which include the tool we use during audit to make automatic reports)

  • SMI - Quality responsible and project leader

    2006 - 2007 SMI is a french company implemented in Poland (Bielsko-Biala), in plastic injection and thermoforming.
    Turn over: 3 millions euros.

    I was responsible of half of the customers: the french one, Grosfillex(flower box), Faurecia and I'TEK(special bac in the pig industrie in thermoforming process and support for these BAC in plastic injection process)

    I was the interface between the customer and all the departements of the company and also checking the good developping of the process during the production.
