  Integrated to projects teams, I was responsible for the delivery of technical parts for Peugeot's futures vehicle models (3008 and 5008),from prototype to pre-serial phase.
  
  Perimeter: 40 plastic parts references / 20 components / 5 plastic raw materials

  - Scheduled production tryouts in our international toolmakers partners
  - Managed components and plastic raw material procurement meeting customers milestones
  - Managed inventory of finished product and components
  - Followed up toolmakers' performances and capabilities
  - Supervised assembling parts tasks

  2014 - 2014 Mission:
  - Act as change agent to pursue restructuration of plant’s management infrastructure based on available analysis and new propositions
  
  - Defined performance management dashboard for different departments (Manufacturing, Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, Safety, Management): Cascade plant KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for Safety, Quality and Productivity (OEE)
  
  - Ensured training and coaching of production team regarding OEE (coordinators & operators)
  
  - Defined and managed project timeline, organized project follow-up on regular basis, facilitated project’s review meetings
  
  - Built new "problems solving" working practice with stakeholders (Engineers, technicians, workers) in order to analyse efficiently performance dashboard and create an action plan aiming SMART objectives
