    2015 - maintenant Champagne cooperative involved in the entire process of our industry: procurement, production, distribution and commercialization of champagne through our different brands.
    About 650 Hectares (1 600 Acres) and 5 M bottles produced per year.
    I am in charge of several financial functions such as credit management, treasury management, Business analysis and operations control with a specific focus on working capital, cash flows, cost control and commercial performance.

    - Credit management: Follow and manage receivables keeping prospection and sales improvement under an acceptable risk management. I am in charge of developing suitable tools and analysis in order to maintain good relationships with our customers and a better knowledge of our portfolio. Dealing with credit insurance company and Credit analysis to negotiate guarantees upon our clients.

    - Treasury management: manage surplus cash in both short and long term according to the group policy and needed in term of risk and need of liquidity. Responsible of management of financial debt, negotiating short term and long terms loan leading the relationship with our banks.

    - Business analysis: Construction of reporting and analysis by activities and business units, comments and focus on critical point to the general management. Construction of budget, estimated and business plan for each entities. Follow midterm and annual closure and reliability with French gaap. Manage analysis on cost control and implement actions to reduce costs within different services (commercial, industrial, IT department for instance).

  • INVIVO - Contrôle de gestion

    Paris 2014 - 2014 Industrial and Supply Chain Controller. (11 Production sites, 2 Divisions).
    In relation with the directors and accountant of each factory,

    CAPEX: Construction of CAPEX budget by site and Monthly control of investments.
    Financial analysis of mains projects (payback, ROI, Comparison of Suppliers and quotation, Cashflow calculation). Studies of compliance post investment.

    Production and Logistic cost: Construction of Budget. Control and analysis of real costs, explanation of variation vs. budget and last year, construction and analysis of KPI by plant. Reporting of KPI and other indicators to the French headquarters.

    Analytical accountancy: Control the accounting booking of each plant and division in order to ensure the respect of the analytical rules of the group.

    Leading any kind of analysis ordered by the local board or the French corporate related to the Industrial and Supply chain area.

  • INVIVO - Contrôleur Financier

    Paris 2012 - 2013 Au sein de la filiale Mexicaine de la division Nutrition et Santé Animale d'Invivo, basé à Mexico.

    Reponsable Reporting et Consolidation groupe
    Elaboration des phases Budgétaire et Visée.
    Controle de gestion des différentes division de la filiale.
    Suivi financier de la construction d'une nouvelle usine (Budget: 10 Million d'euros)
