Project
This department is focused in increasing MTBF and decreasing MTTR (Mean Time to Repair)by doing strong maintenance plan implementation across 3 time period of the factory life.
Start: ROMSY conception (Reliability Engineering), Maintenance plan building, BOM, criticality analysis
Life: Maintenance plan optimization, predictive maintenance integration, inventory optimization, TPM & OEE Improvement
End: Long Term Operation
Condition monitoring
This department is focused in increasing MTBF (Mean time between failures) by doing measurement of machinery health. Our recommendations to the local maintenance team are always justified by condition based measurements
In order to advice customer, we apply technologies such Vibration spectral analysis, Dynamic balancing on site, Electrical fault detection, Infrared thermography, Ultrasound analysis, Laser Alignment, Oil analysis, ODS... on site or by remote diagnosis.
