  Sophia Antipolis 2014 - maintenant I am implementing Payment products (authorization, capture, 3DS, fraud screening, AMOP, ...) for new Amadeus customers as well as customers already using Amadeus Reservation System. I am also responsible of the improvment of the team by taking of creating industrialization process for new Payment products created before falling under our team responsibility.

• Amadeus Nice - Implementation Engineer

  Sophia Antipolis 2014 - 2014 Thanks to my experience as Implementation Engineer, I have been asked to spend 6 months in immersion in Payment DEV teams in order to intustrialize implementation of Amadeus Payment products. I analyzed all products, highlighted dependancies with external stakeholders (PSPs, Acquirers, Card schemes, ...) and defined new process in order to industrialize and reduce the time to production for Payment implmentation projects.

• Amadeus Nice - Implementation Engineer Ticketing

  Sophia Antipolis 2011 - 2014 I was taking care of ticketing setup and e-ticket datatbase migration for airlines migrating to Amadeus Reservation System. I was coordinating planning and I was the first point of contact of the airline for all ticketing aspects.

• Astek - Implementation Engineer Ticketing

  Boulogne-Billancourt 2009 - 2011 I was taking care of ticketing setup and e-ticket datatbase migration for airlines migrating to Amadeus Reservation System. I was coordinating planning and I was the first point of contact of the airline for all ticketing aspects.

• Astek - Implementation Engineer Interline

  Boulogne-Billancourt 2007 - 2009 I was in charge of the implementation of new Interline agreements for airlines hosted in Amadeus system
