• Total - IT Project Manager

  COURBEVOIE 2011 - 2015 IT Project Manager responsible of two Group’s major projects.
  
  ITSM Next Pre-project: For the replacement of the Group’s ITSM tool (IT Service Management):
  - Responsible of executing the ITSM Next pre-project, in close collaboration with the IT Process Manager of the different branches of the Group.
  - Responsible of launching and following the “Request for Information” and the “Request for Proposal”.
  - In charge of present and validate all the aspects of the new solution to its final approval in the various Group Committees (Architecture, Security, Sourcing, IT Directions of the Group).
  
  WAT Intranet Project: For the implementation of the Group’s new intranet with a social network (for 100.000 users) working in line with the Group’s Direction of Communications.
  - Responsible of proposing solutions for the Search Engine, Intranet Content and Social Network (SharePoint 2013 was selected), launching the request for information and negotiate and with Microsoft Consulting Services until the contracts signature.
  - Responsible for the IT and Technical aspects of the project on the day-to-day basis: client's need, technical specifications, deliverables, risk management.
  - Responsible of the budget which was more that 20MM€, planning and the IT resources and technical team: including Microsoft Consulting Services team and IT team organized by Total (Architects, MOE/AMOE).
  - Responsible of the production of dashboards and indicators to the project’s governance instances.

• Total - SAP BW Project Manager & Support

  COURBEVOIE 2008 - 2011 Responsible (including projects and user’s support) of the reporting based on SAP BW for the modules FI, CO, MM and PM for 300 users geographically organized on 3 places: Port Harcourt, Lagos and Abuja.

• Total - SAP BW Project Manager & Support

  COURBEVOIE 2005 - 2008 Member of the SAP Business Warehouse (BW) reporting team of the SAP Competence Centre in charge of projects (for the development of new Group and Local reports) and user’s support of the affiliates of the Branch Exploration & Production.
  
  Responsible for the quality, SOX, procedures and methodology of working of the SAP Competence Centre.
  
  Integration point between the business and the support from a functional and technical point of view.

• Total - SAP BW Project Manager

  COURBEVOIE 2003 - 2005 Member of the reporting team of the « UNISUP Project » for the implementation of the SAP ERP (R/3 and BW) for the modules FI, CO, MM and PM for several affiliates (Congo, Gabon, Nigeria and Angola, Myanmar, Brunei, Russia, Cameroon, Argentina) of the Branch Exploration & Production of the Group.
  
  Several Support missions in Gabon and Angola after the BW Implementation in order to assist and help the users in the better use of the BW solution, technically and functionally.

• Total - SAP BW Project Manager

  COURBEVOIE 2003 - 2003 Project Manager for the « SALSA Project » for the implementation of the SAP ERP (R/3 and BW) for the modules FI, CO and MM.
  
  Assistant of the Project’s Director with the follow-up of the budget and planning.

• Total - System Engineer

  COURBEVOIE 1999 - 2002 Project Manager in charge of several major projects of the affiliate:
  - Implementation of SAP ERP (R/3 and BW).
  - Implementation of the « Intranet » and its operational support in line with the affiliate’s needs and Group’s orientations and guidelines.
  - Y2K Project: Follow Y2K Bug Issues, maintain project documentation and plan the Y2K Strategy to reach the New Year eve.
  
  Application responsible for all the affiliate’s IT applications: Intranet, databases bases, reporting tools, among others.
